A specialized 1-day workshop spent exploring and learning about the exciting
and dynamic relationship between art and numbers; both theoretically and
experientially.

What is Numerology?
Numerology is the science of how numbers relate to the human personality and character. Numbers can
reveal an understanding about the self; information that could otherwise be sub-conscious or hard to access
verbally. Numerology is based on the assertion by Pythagoras that all things can be expressed in numerical
terms because they are ultimately reducible to numbers.

Course content:
• Introduction to Numerology and the meaning and potential qualities of the different numbers.
• An experiential exploration of the relationship between art and numbers creatively through art materials,
   in a non-judgmental and safe space.
• This is followed by a voluntary exploration and sharing of the art images within the group thereby allowing
   for an application of learnt material within an Art Therapeutic format. This increases and collaborates the
   learning, understanding and application of potential meaning on both a personal and collective
   (or universal) level.

Workshop includes: Art Therapy and Numerology manual, all art materials, tea's, coffee, muffins on
arrival and delicious vegetarian lunch.

Target group:
Adults with an interest in art, creativity, psychology, numerology, alternative healing, self awareness,
insight, self growth and knowledge. No previous knowledge or experience with art or numbers is necessary
to participate and benefit from this workshop AT ALL!
