• The number of applicants per course is limited and acceptance is on a 'first come first serve' basis
   provided suitable application forms and relevant deposit have been received.
• Payments /deposits are non-refundable.
• Course dates are subject to a min of 6 participants.
• If in the event of there not being enough people to fill a course - course dates will be postponed and you
   will be notified of such a change accordingly.
• In the event of your not being able to attend the course, bookings may be postponed up to 3 weeks prior
   to course commencement.
• Postponements later than this will be subject to a 25% course cancellation fee to cover cost of materials.
• Bookings postponed / cancelled later than 7 working days prior to course commencement will unfortunately
   have deposit forfeited.
• A suitable replacement for a course will be accepted together with a completed application form.
